Our Refund/Replacement Policy
If our customers are not happy with the quality of products received, they can request a refund/replacement, subject to the following conditions:
- In case the package is missing an item, a refund for the said item will be processed within 24-48 hours.
- In the case of quality issues, where the customer isn’t satisfied with the product received, he must provide proof of damage within 6 hours of receiving the package. Replacement of the product or a partial/full refund will be processed upon verification. A picture must be shared on Whatsapp (+91 74980 74980) or via email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
- In case the package is not received, a full refund will be provided.
Please note that any and all grievances must be brought to our notice within 6 hours of receiving the package. Post this time duration, our liability towards any complaint is voided, due to the perishable nature of our products.
